UNIT 604: This home is in Golden Beach, which is only 0.5-mile work or bike ride to the deeded beach access that is limited only to neighborhood residents and guests. This allows guests to use the private beach access which includes parking, outdoor shower, picnic tables, and a gazebo. Enjoy the day in in Downtown Venice which is only located 0.8-miles from the home. You will find endless boutiques and restaurants. Within easy reach of all these delights is Golden Beach Haven, a sweet seaside cottage whose mellowness seeps into your soul from the moment you arrive. The large, open, eat-in kitchen has all the major appliances, pots, pans, dishes you need to enjoy anything from a simple snack to a gourmet meal at the inviting table for four. On the same floor, a spacious bedroom offers a sumptuous queen-size bed, a soothing ceiling fan, and dual nightstands with reading lamps, while the in-room TV lets you drift off to sleep while watching your favorite shows. With two beds, 1 full bathroom and 1 extra utility room with toilet and a sleeper sofa that increases the available accommodation to sleep six guests, this house offers fantastic value. Luna Sea is one of a very few available Venice Island homes that can be rented for shorter stays (as short as 1 week). You can also rent Luna Sea for a month or more at discounted rates.
